Our overriding concern is to consistently exceed our clients’ expectations in the delivery of executive search services.
We understand our reputation rests on the successful completion of client mandates; we never take on a search mandate that our consultants and research team do not have the capacity or specialist skills to undertake. Our knowledge, networks and experience cover a large number of specialist sectors but if we cannot assist we will suggest an alternative course of action. Our selectivity in accepting assignments ensures we do not have a large number of "hands-off" agreements allowing our clients access to a large pool of available talent.
Our commitment to provide the highest level of service to our clients is reflected in our fee structure. When we are briefed on a new mandate we will agree specific service parameters to adhere to during the recruitment process; in the unlikely event we do not meet these criteria our fee will be reduced accordingly.
